This essay appeared some years ago in Man’s World. It was not online though, and maybe even many friends haven’t read it. I’m uploading it here for ease of access. It comes from the depths of the worst Biden years. I don’t remember whatever made me write it at the time, but I think it holds up well now, and will continue to.
